Oymyakon is a s frozen landscape, immersed in a snow for nine months.
During fishing, the fish is already covered with ice as it leaves the water. Thirty seconds is enough for it to be frozen hard as a rock.
Another curiosity of this place is; in a supermarket no one can buy a carton of milk, there is no milk in liquid form, but only frozen like a marble block.
